Kanuka trees grow in New Zealand, can reach a height of 15 to 30 metres, have long soft leaves and bear countless small white flowers in summer.
The oil is extracted from the branches and leaves of the Kanuka tree.
Body level: Kanuka oil is germicidal, anti-inflammatory, anti-rheumatic,
analgesic and anti-allergic.
It is also good for colds and immune deficiency.

- Footbath: 1 drop each of Manuka, Kanuka and Niaouli on 1 tablespoon of sea salt or olive oil in a footbath at 37°.
- Head steam bath: 2 drops of Kanuka oil, 1 drop of Manuka drops on litres of hot water, inhale the steam calmly and deeply.
